Adds support for Nova Digital TO-WK-1W/B, a Topazio 1 gang Zigbee wall switch with socket based on TS0601 / _TZE284_3xnyj4ga.

DP19 switch_inching is a Tuya string datapoint. It is exposed as inching_l1 in seconds for a simpler Zigbee2MQTT frontend experience. Setting inching_l1 to 0 disables the pulse/auto-off behavior.
